Access Interface Card
The Access interface card provides access for powering to the TeleLite 7-position shelf and can be housed in any slot. (Model 720000).
This card provides:
- Electrical connection between the backplane and the -48 Vdc supply to the OEI
- Fuse and alarm contact
- Protection against polarity reversal and transient voltages

Power/Access Plug-in Card (50W)
The Power/Access Plug-in Card provides -48Vdc power to any TeleLite shelf from a 120Vac or 130Vdc power source (input). It offers the same Local and Remote alarms connectivity as the Access card as well as a new power alarm connectivity feature, which enables a connection to an alarm panel for remote monitoring of power failures relating to the shelf.
The Power/Access card can be used in all TeleLite shelves:
- The Power/Access plug-in card provides 50W @ 48 Vdc to power TeleLite fiber service cards from a source of 120 Vac or 130 Vdc. The DC power input is isolated from ground so as not to compromised the floating nature of the substation batteries. The Power/Access card can be inserted any card slot. The input connection is made via the faceplate of the Power/Access card on Vin+ and Vin- screw terminals.

Power/Access Plug-in Card (15W)
The Model #721124 Power/Access Plug-in Card provides 15W @ -48 Vdc output from a 130 Vdc power input source. This lower cost Power/Access plug-in power supply delivers a lower power output than the flagship Power/Access card #721123 and can be used only for indoor applications. It offers the same Local and Remote alarm connectivity as the Access card Model #720001 and the Power/Access Card Model #721123.
The Model #721124 15W Power/Access plug-in card can be used in all TeleLite shelves and provides 15W @ 48 Vdc to power TeleLite fiber service cards from a source of 130 Vdc derived from the substation batteries. The DC power input is isolated from ground so as not to compromised the floating nature of the substation batteries.

This lower cost Power/Access plug-in power supply delivers a lower power output than the flagship Power/Access card #721123 and can be used only for indoor applications. It offers the same Local and Remote alarm connectivity as the Access card Model #720001 and the Power/Access Card Model #721123.
The Model #721125 15W Power/Access plug-in card can be used in all TeleLite shelves and provides 15W @ 48 Vdc to power TeleLite fiber service cards from a floating source of 48 Vdc derived from the substation batteries. The DC power input is isolated from ground so as not to compromised the floating nature of the substation batteries. Input power connections are made using screw terminals of the card’s faceplate.
